Hire exceptional meeting rooms in Basildon, Essex at our Business Centre – Cornwallis House. 

Located in the heart of Basildon’s thriving business, retail and industrial area. We offer a range of stylish, modern meeting rooms to hire, from 2 hours to a full day, chargeable on a daily basis, weekly or regular monthly booking. Capacity from 2 people to 50.

Cornwallis Business Centre offers a range of impressive boardrooms, versatile training rooms, theatre styled space and conference rooms – all flexible and tailored to suit your requirements, whatever the event.

Available daytime, weekends and evenings, the range of versatile rooms can comfortably host up to 50 delegates in a variety of seating arrangements; theatre, boardroom, u-shape and classroom. All our rooms are newly refurbished, stylish, modern and comfortable.  Each rooms boasts an amazing mural of a city scene from around the world.

Hosts can take advantage of our high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, large TV screens for video and presentations, flip charts, notepads, pens and refreshments to order. We can cater for breakfast meetings and business lunches with a range of buffets, prices start from just £6 per person. Guests to our centre can enjoy delicious Lavazza coffee, vending facilities and filtered water.

All your guests will be greeted in our smart reception area by professional staff. We can provide photocopying, printing, message taking and mailing services throughout your stay should you require them.

Most special requirements can be accommodated for to ensure meetings are conducted in the most professional manner and your guests are left totally impressed with the event.

NOTE: Due to current Covid 19 Govt Guidelines we may be unable to hire out some of our meeting rooms – please contact us to check current situation.

A wide range of food can be delivered to all meeting rooms.  Menus include vegetarian, vegan, halal and a wide range of ethnic food.  Special dietary arrangements can be catered for. In addition we have a superb Lavazza coffee, tea range and filtered water
